Ordering

All orders must be submitted through www.invictusproductions.net/.

 

Processing

Please be aware when ordering items that are “pre-order” titles. Including these with your order will delay the shipment of your order until the title is in stock. Orders are normally processed and packaged within 12-24 hours of them being submitted. During higher order volume periods the processing time may be slightly longer. Mail ships from our warehouse every Friday so please be aware that when making an order, even though it will be processed quickly, it will ship on the following Friday after it is placed. Please email us if you have any query regarding the status of your order.

Packaging

All orders are packaged to eliminate damage being done to the item(s) ordered during transit. Vinyl is bubble wrapped in cardboard with extra corner protection to ensure absolutely no damage is done to the sleeve. Vinyl is packaged outside the sleeve as well. In the cases of multiple vinyl ordered, the same packing method applies and vinyl is double and in some cases triple boxed to maximise protection.

Shipping

Customers have the option of selecting shipping via DHL or An Post (Irish Postal Service).

All DHL Global Mail shipments now come with the option for tracking. Untracked mail is also available. If you select Priority Mail without tracking, please note that we are not responsible for lost packages. Once we have completed processing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be tracked here.

DHL Express and DHL Standard shipping options both come with tracking numbers.

An Post shipping comes with tracking options for all international customers as well as domestic customers.

All our products are stored safely, cleanly and securely in a non smoking environment on suitable shelving and in suitable containers for their protection.

Damages

Due to the nature of our business we sometimes receive goods with minor damage such as scuff marks on CDs or corner dings on records. Where we can, we will add this info to the product description so the customer is aware. In the event of receiving an item that is not mint, please notify us and we will resolve the issue accordingly. If you receive a package that has clearly been damaged by the postal service, please take photos of it before opening it and also when it is opened. It is your responsibility to report the damage to your postal service. Please email us the photos and we will also lodge an official complaint with An Post for the damaged parcel. We are not liable for the intentional mishandling of parcels by the postal service and we endeavour to ensure that the contents will be saved from any damage by packing them correctly.

Returns

Returns  and shipping costs are not accepted unless the error is our responsibility (i.e. the wrong shirt size or wrong product was sent). If you receive a shirt that you ordered but does not fit and wish to swap it, shipping for the return and the outward order are your responsibility.

Stock

Periodically an item ordered might be out of stock. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered a full refund for the product including  the shipping cost or you will be entitled to choose an alternate item.

Payment

Methods of payment are PayPal, Credit Card and bank transfer.

VAT (Value Added Tax) exempt for non EU customers and inclusive of 23% VAT for EU customers.
